Short‑term facilities
Get flexible, fast access to credit – from overdrafts to credit cards and bridging finance.
Overdrafts
Overdraft and short-term facilities are designed to help you make the most of your wealth and allocate funds to accounts where they can grow, without creating cash-flow risk. You can use both a credit card and an overdraft on your Private Wealth Bundle account. Existing clients who want to add an overdraft can speak to their banker.
Credit cards
American Express® and Private Wealth Visa Infinite Credit Cards are available when you take up a Private Wealth Bundle. These cards form part of a globally integrated account and offer premium benefits.
Bridging finance
A bridging loan provides temporary funding while you wait for proceeds from an asset sale, investment maturity or other incoming funds. It is useful when timing differences create liquidity gaps, such as purchasing a property before the sale of another has been concluded. Bridging loans offer fast approval and fixed or variable repayment structures, and do not require collateral. Clients who need access to a bridging loan can ask their banker for assistance.
