In the 13th edition of the annual survey, clients rated their wealth managers and private banks on a range of products and services. Their ratings contribute to the overall scores, which determine winners in different categories.

The Top Private Bank and Wealth Manager Survey is researched and compiled by specialist financial services research firm Krutham. 

The rigorous research process involves a comprehensive questionnaire completed by participating banks and wealth managers, along with an online client survey. The awards are based on various criteria, including client satisfaction levels, investment returns, value for money, and the likelihood of clients recommending the services to others.
